Details instructions would be provided to all the storage node operators to perform the upgrade. Only the storage nodes which quality the hardware requirements mentioned will qualify to received storage rewards post upgrade.
Active Nodes can upgrade to mainnet (Continue with exisitng Node Hardware or Upgrade Node Hardware / Migrate to New ISP) can start upgrading their existing Nodes from 1^st September 2024 - 15^th October 2024.
Inactive Nodes who wish to join the mainnet (Continue with exisitng Node Hardware / Upgrade Node Hardware / Migrate to New ISP) can start their upgrade on 16^th October 2024 - 31^st of October 2024.
Post upgrade, Storage nodes would be added to mainnet automatically. On completion of one month eligible storage node would start generating rewards.
Post completion of the upgrade/migration deadlines, Nodes cannot be upgraded, nodes which wish to join the mainnet will have to resign and claim their staking amount, then restake with the revised staking amount.
From 1^st September 2024, Storage nodes which are not upgraded and do not wish to join the mainnet have option to resign and claim their staking amount. Staking amount would be returned in days, until 30^th September 2024, From 1^st October 2024 unstaking notice period will be revised to one month.

Till 31^th, Oct 2024, The last date for migration of active and inactive nodes to mainnet, Only the eligible, active nodes shown in farmer.storx.io would be eligible for storage rewards.
If inactive nodes are migrated before 15^th Oct, 2024. Their reputation score in farmer.storx.io would be used to gauge their status (So they cannot claim any rewards before 15^th Nov 2024) and distribute rewards. The dashboard score would not be relevant for storage rewards until 31^st Oct, 2024.
Time for Upgradation for Storage Nodes
1. Active Nodes : 1^st August, 2024 - 15^th Oct, 2024
2. Inactive Nodes : 15^th Oct, 2024 - 31^st Oct, 2024
Post 31^st Oct 2024, No upgrade would be possible and beta storage node operators would need to unstake their node claim staking token and stake new node at current staking limits announced
